INFERNO (The Book Review)

Inferno, the long awaited novel by American author Dan Brown was released on 14th May 2013 by Doubleday. Its the fourth novel in the series of suspense thriller starring foreknown star character Prof. Robert London.

Being an Indian with no connection to christian background it was very cliche to understand the concepts of hell and references to Italian genius Dante Alighieri but the fluent story line increases the adrenaline enough to make the hour without reading an anxious one and  nights sleepless. But it is a mere time concern that you start to trust the instincts of Robert and picture the whole scenario as movie marathon.

The narration of details of architectural intelligence and iconography in Dante's work leaves no barrier between a pro and common man to understand the significance.Along with focus on old learning strategies of art by Robert, writer also succeeded in maintaining fascination about secrets hidden in master pieces, which maintains legacy of Da Vinci Code, Angels n Demons and lost Symbol .

The fact based fiction revels the relation between factual world existing physically around us and Dante's Hell described in his world famous creation The Divine Comedy. The continuous introductions of new characters before reveling the precision of previous once keeps the pace of story line.

The complex introduction sequence and concurrent flashbacks create a curiosity for what its wise to call Dan Brown a Master of Macabre. Although the story goes predictable at the end chapters due to real time analogy but still recurring twists are worth the reading.Hence here is another gift for Dan Brown Fans
with lots of curiosities:

Who was Dante Alighieri?
What does he have do with all  this?
What Happens when Robert loses memory?
What is Real time Hell?
Does he succeed in his conquest?
